YOUTH THEATRE - SENIORGo Back Enrol Now

Program: YOUTH THEATRE
Program Group: SENIOR View Synopsis

SENIOR YOUTH THEATRE is for students age 7 to 12 years.  Students do not need any previous stage or acting experience, however, they do need to be prepared to contribute, work hard and have loads of fun.

Youth Theatre is NOT a holiday care program, it is serious theatre for those that are keen to learn and be on stage.

Plays and musical plays are written so that every student receives a meaningful role with dialogue.  Roles are designed so that those with more confidence and experience can be extended, while those less confident can be nurtured.

Play Synopsis

As Robin Hood and his scary men continue to rob from the rich and give to the poor (themselves), strange things are happening in Sherwood Forest. Serilda, High Priestess of Raventhorpe, sister to Gwendolyn, Guardian of the Forest, has returned with her Ravens. What evil mischief is she up to? Could she have joined forces with the Sheriff of Nottingham to capture Robin during the "Golden Arrow" archery contest! And what are Sir Guy of Gisborne and his soldiers going to do to their new prisoner Ash, Robin’s gamekeeper. Will they have time to torture him before Maid Marian and her beautiful ladies can find a way to warm Robin of his impending doom?
